Indian Women’s Hockey Team Claims Gold at Asian Games 2024

The Indian women’s hockey team has made history by winning the gold medal at the 2024 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China. In a captivating final held at the Gongshu Canal Sports Park Hockey Stadium, India defeated China 2-1 in a nail-biting encounter to secure their first-ever gold medal in the sport at the Asian Games.
